1.Unscrew the brake fluid reservoir, and pull off the cap of the Brake fluid tester.
2.Dip the test probes into the brake fluid up to the plastic rim of the device.
3.Press the button for power on, green LED willlight up.
4.Insert the tester intoreservoir for one second then the test result will be correctly indicated by LEDs.
(Repress the button for power off. The tester will automatically poweroff after about 15 seconds of inactivity.)
1.Green: Battery oK, i.e.: No water contained in the brake fluid..
2.Yellow: Less than l% of water content in brake fluid.
3.Yellow/yellow: Approx.2% of water content in brake fluid.
4.Yellow/yellow/red: Approx.3% of water content in brake fluid.The brake fluid should be changed.
2.Yellow/yellow/redred At least 4% of water content in brake fluid.The brake fluid must be changed urgently! Extreme danger!
6.Battery (incl): One 1.5V , type AAA
1.Replace battery if the green LED not light up any longer after you presspower on button . Wash the test probe with tap water after every use.
2.In case of skin contact with brake fluid, thoroughly wash the ffected skinor clothing with water.
3.Do not expose brake fluid to the atmosphere for a long time as the fluidishighly hygroscopic!
